General Dentistry

Welcome to Greene Street Dental in SoHo! We’re here to keep New York, NY, smiling brightly by taking care of all of your general dental needs — from cleanings and exams to fillings and more. Our friendly team looks forward to meeting you and invites you to call today or book your appointment online!

Cleanings & Exams

Regular cleanings and exams are key to successful preventative dental care. During a cleaning, we’ll remove all the plaque and tartar that build up on your teeth over time and don’t come off during regular brushing. We’ll also conduct a thorough dental exam to make sure that you’re on the right track and catch any problems early on.

Composite Fillings

If you need a filling, we can help! We use a safe, tooth-colored material called dental composite to fill in your cavities, which blends in with your natural teeth and protects your tooth structure from further harm.

Root Canals

If you have an infected or damaged tooth, you may need a root canal. Our dentists will first make sure you’re comfortably numb, then gently clean out the inside of your tooth, removing any infected material before packing it full of filler and sealing it with a filling or a crown.

TMJ Therapy

If you’re experiencing jaw pain or related symptoms, you may be suffering from a condition called TMJ. We offer a variety of non-surgical treatment methods, including medications, a jaw splint, and laser therapy.

Sleep Apnea Appliances

Sleep apnea is a condition in which your airway becomes temporarily blocked during sleep. This is often treated with a bulky CPAP machine, but we can make you a small, custom oral appliance similar to a mouthguard to keep your airway clear during sleep.

Crowns & Bridges

If you need a crown or a bridge, we can help! We use digital imaging technology to create digital molds of your bite so that your crowns can be designed to fit your exact needs.

Dentures

Our skilled team can design a custom set of dentures to replace your missing teeth. We use digital imaging technology to make sure your dentures fit perfectly and are designed to meet your specific needs.

Tooth Extractions

If you have a tooth that is too heavily damaged to save, we can gently extract the tooth for you. This will prevent any infection from spreading further and harming the surrounding teeth, as well as relieve your physical discomfort.
